    Absolutely! The belief that leaders are born and not made has been disproven time and time again. Anybody can become a stronger leader with the right support and commitment. This course will provide you with that support.

  • Are lessons live or recorded?

    Lessons are pre-recorded. They are available to you to access at your own pace and revisit whenever you choose. Each week for 6 weeks, you will receive a new module filled with 5-7 lessons. You will go through these lessons and the assignments independently. Through coaching and a private Facebook group, you will have the opportunity to connect with your colleagues to share and process the learning you are doing.

  • How long does it take?

    Video lessons will be ~ an hour per week. The exercises and resources are meant to be used on an ongoing basis and will take varying amounts of time.
