I am Grateful for the Opportunity to Work with Katherine

Samantha N.

"I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with Katherine. Through her coaching and resources, I was able to develop, enhance, and refine my leadership skills. We worked on many aspects of leadership to include, feedback, leadership style, and changing unwanted behaviors. Katherine not only coached me on my own leadership ability, but on working with the leadership team that manages me. Katherine’s professional, calm, and positive approach during sessions truly allowed me to feel this was a safe space to learn and grow and really open up. Not only have I noticed a change in my leadership since my sessions, but my management team has mentioned it to me as well. I am thankful to Katherine for this wonderful opportunity."

She is a detailed and organized professional that takes great pride in her work product, the work product of her supervisees, and in her professional reputation. Katherine is keen on creating and fostering an environment where there is room for growth, creativity, reflection, and development, while at the same time managing others strategically. She leads with a clear vision in mind, and a detailed road map of how to get 'there.' It has been a pleasure having her as a former supervisor. "Katherine was my manager for three years. I always looked to her as a supervisor to improve and to be a better worker, and because of her I learned many things such as organization, discipline, commitment, creativity, etc. Katherine always had the right words to encourage her employees, and to this day I continue to use what she taught me. During the time I worked with her, I learned how to be more organized with my time. What I admire about Katherine is that she never gives up and always wants to improve as an employee but also as a person."

Katherine Helped Me Become a Better Supervisor

Alex H.

"I strongly encourage anyone who is looking for support in career/life advancement to utilize Katherine's wealth of experience. I know firsthand the value of her advice as I gained so much confidence in my profession. Katherine served as my supervisor ten years ago and she provided concrete solutions on how to perfect my profession. She worked with me to create short and long term goals to excel at my job as well as pursue my interests in the field. Katherine also helped me become a better supervisor in my subsequent jobs. I still employ many of the techniques that Katherine demonstrated: informal, formal supervision meetings, realistic goal setting, transparent structure and decision making, clear instructions and a strong emphasis on team collaboration."
