    This course will give you the foundation you need to communicate more effectively and with more peace of mind. You will learn the framework and receive the tools to engage in difficult workplace conversations to make them easier and more effective. Throughout the course, you will use this framework as it pertains to hiring, performance issues and conflict at work.

  • Are lessons live or recorded?

    Lessons are pre-recorded. They are available to you to access at your own pace and revisit whenever you choose. Each week for 4 weeks, you will receive a new module filled with 5-7 lessons. You will go through these lessons and the assignments independently. Through weekly check-ins and a private Facebook group, you will have the opportunity to connect with your colleagues to share and process the learning you are doing. Finally, you will receive one-on-one coaching from me as an ICF-Certified coach.
